The new Tool Summary Screen enables you to view the entire contents of each programmed setup on a single screen, provides a place for users to place notes for the job, and can be exported to a USB disk as comma-separated values. Users can create custom home screen dashboards to display the information they use most often. These dashboards can be named and saved in the favorites menu, and quickly recalled any time. Easy-to-access front panel external USB port for backing up tool number memory, capturing screen shots, attaching a bar code scanner, keyboard, mouse, or other USB devices.

The new Options Manager allows users to add, enable, or disable firmware options without having to upgrade the SmartPAC PRO firmware. Simply enter an activation code, and the option will be initialized Enhanced Automation Integration - If you use Wonderware® to create HMIs for your ancillary automation, the SmartPAC PRO's Wonderware integration option enables the SmartPAC Pro to be the last screen you'll ever need to put on your press.

Versatile Installation Options - The main screen/HMI can be separated from the rest of the SmartPAC PRO system, simplifying installation and wiring. The only connection required between the HMI and the main SmartPAC PRO controller and I/O is a single USB cable. Wintriss also offers an optional pendant enclosure and pendant arm for added mounting versatility.

Enhanced Diagnostics status of inputs, resolver and more Easy to upgrade from SmartPAC 2! The SmartPAC PRO is only 1" wider and 1" taller than the SmartPAC 2. All of your existing optional PAC modules, resolver, DSI, cam outputs, and SFI connections go directly into SmartPAC PRO! In addition, all of your existing tool number setups can be transferred to the SmartPAC PRO. We're also offering a special upgrade program; ask us for details. The Info Center option allows SmartPAC PRO to display video, setup sheets, PDFs, drawings, photographs, and other information right at the press.

The DSI 2 is available with 8 or 16 sensor inputs, and features a built-in 24VDC power supply to power your sensors. The DSI 2 has built-in pulse stretching on inputs 1-4 (also on inputs 9-12 on 16-input units) to stretch very fast signals (usually from part ejection sensors) out to a duration of 10mSec. The DSI 2 is a flexible sensor connection solution. It is available with or without front- panel connectors for wiring individual sensors, along with a variety of larger connectors (including a heavy duty 19-pin M23 connector) for use with die-mounted junction boxes that allow you to connect up to eight sensors to the DSI with a single cable. Wintriss offers a complete line of sensors and connectivity products including proximity and photoelectric sensors, die-mountable junction boxes, cables, and connectors. The DSI 2 is compatible with all versions of SmartPAC 2, SmartPAC 1, and DiPro 1500.

The SmartPAC Servo brings complete automation control to servo presses. It features a unique self-learning feature that allows the operator to run the machine through its programmed stages, while it automatically captures the upper and lower limits for each stage.

The Wintriss Brake Monitor is important to the safe application of machine guards such as safety light curtains. It warns the user when stopping time exceeds safe limits. Meets ANSI B11.1-2009 control reliability requirements.

The Wintriss Brake Monitor uses state of the-art electronics to monitor the stopping performance of your press. Easy to install and maintain, the Wintriss Brake Monitor is control reliable and meets or exceeds ANSI Bll.1-2009 and OSHA 1910.217 regulations. (ANSI Bll.1-2009 requires that any press that has a single-stroke mode and uses either a two-hand control, a light curtain, or a Type B movable barrier as a safeguard, must have a brake monitor). IT CAN KEEP YOUR SAFETY DISTANCE SAFE! The Wintriss Brake Monitor performs a 90° stop-time test, which is required to set the proper safety distance for personnel guarding devices. The monitor prevents the initiation of a successive stroke when the stopping time limit has been exceeded. The unique brake warning indicator gives advanced notice that the stopping time is approaching its limit. This alerts maintenance to perform the necessary repairs on the brake. The Wintriss Brake Monitor's highly visible digital readout shows the speed of the press (SPM), crank angle, stopping angle of the press, actual stop time and preset stop time limit in milliseconds. Whether the press is running or at rest, the crank angle clock dynamically indicates the location of the ram. The Wintriss Brake Monitor also displays stopping angle (the crankshaft rotation angle that it takes for the press to stop) - very useful when you are determining the critical angle for your die protection system. IT'S MORE THAN A BRAKE MONITOR! Because it is resolver-based, the Wintriss Brake Monitor'S large LED display indicates the exact crank angle position at any point in the stroke. The resolver can be shared with other Wintriss resolver-based products, such as DiPro ® 1500, a die protection system with optional programmable cams.
